The apartment is good, but the management needs improvement Positive: On the plus side, the location is fantastic, a short walk to old town and right next to a bus stop. This is a modern apartment, stylishly furnished, with a glass wall of windows and a nice view (well, there are a couple of paper factories constantly belching steam, but otherwise it's a good city view). The kitchen is decently well stocked and the bathroom is large. The washer and dryer worked very fast and well. The a/c was very good even on the very hot days we had. Negative: The listing contained a lie: it said one queen bed and one double bed. But there were only 2 double beds (the listing now says "one large double bed" but there is no difference in the size of the beds). When I brought this up to the management, they ignored my email. The TV did not work; it was constantly getting disconnected from the cable/internet box and although two staff tried to fix it (and talked down to us as if we didn't understand how to use a TV), it was not fixed and we gave up. Parking was at the very bottom of the 6-floor basement garage, and the garage is VERY tight - if you have anything larger than a small SUV, do not park here, you will have difficulty. They warn you about the height of the vehicle but I saw someone trying to park a large pickup and the height wasn't the problem, it was the width. The detector for the keyfob when exiting the garage is in a weird location and it took a long time to find it. There is no information about how the various thermostats work (I finally deduced that there are several for heat and one for a/c). The bathtub doesn't have a shower, and the separate shower stall is tiny and has no place to put soap and shampoo. Finally, they have a ridiculous check-out policy where you have to schedule a time for someone to inspect the apartment before you leave. This is downright insulting. Not only have I never been asked to undergo this inconvenience in literally hundreds of hotel and vacation rental bookings, but they did not even bother to show up for the appointment and I had to call to get them to come. These aggravations really distracted from the good things about the apartment, and as much as we enjoyed Quebec, we were glad to be out of this place.

This condo is a dream in every aspect. Positive: Spectacular view. Decor modern and functional. Location proximate to the attractions of old Quebec. Negative: Not a thing.

emplacement exceptionnel, stores, vmc et éclairages intérieurs à revoir Positive: l'emplacement est exceptionnel pour visiter la ville de Québec. L'appartement est tout proche des remparts et du vieux Québec. Le terminal de taxis et de bus se situe en face du logement (en contrepartie il y'a beaucoup de circulation automobile en journée mais cela n'empêche pas de dormir). L'appartement est bien équipé et lumineux en journée avec de grandes baies vitrées.. La vue depuis le logement est exceptionnelle et bien dégagée. Negative: stores non fonctionnels, dont certains cassés / bloqués. Odeur de renfermé à notre arrivée. La VMC se met en route toute seule et impossible de la régler. Manque d'éclairages intérieures (impossible de lire un livre dans le salon le soir).

Positive: Beautiful, nicely decorated and coordinated apartment, with a nice balcony and lovely view! Just outside the old city, and within walking distance to many attractions. Great spot to hang out between activities.

Great location and would stay again! Positive: Employees at front desk were awesome and incredibly friendly. Location!! Can pretty much walk anywhere. Very clean. Negative: Wasn’t anything we didn’t like but it did have very strong Ikea vibes.

Negative: The blinds are inadequate to block night light. The apartment needs blackout curtains.
